Shipping Policy
- We support worldwide shipping service.
- Products are shipped from South Korea.
- We support a tracking number for all products. (USPS Tracking number for US Customers)
- We basically ship by Standard Int'l shipping.
- If there is not any issue, it takes around 10 business days for US address and approximately 2~3 weeks for other countries.
- If a local postal service or Customs has an issue in your country, the delivery can be delayed for several days.
Returns Policy
- For any damaged or defective item, an exchange or full refund will be issued through PayPal if you submit appropriate proof within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted in original condition. Please return in full packages.
- Excepting our mistakes, refund will be issue when a seller receives the original product safely.
- Excepting for our mistakes or product problems, return shipping will be paid by customer.
Custom & Tax
- Import duties, charges and taxes are not included in the item price and shipping charges.
- If there are these kinds of fees, it is the buyer's responsibility.
- If you want to know the fee exactly, contact with the office of customs administration in your country.
- Import duties, charges or tax is not a right reason of return, if the shipment is not completed and is returned because of your responsibility non-fulfillment about this import duty or tax, you have to pay for the return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
